Sinds 2020 hebben wij het roer van onze keuken flink omgegooid. We hebben ons team versterkt met een jonge creatieve chef die bij verschillende Haagse horecagelegenheden ervaring heeft opgedaan en op hoog niveau heeft gekookt. Samen met een jong innovatief team, streven zij slechts naar één ding: Verrassen! We hanteren een menukaart die verschilt van de vaak geserveerde strandmaaltijden die men misschien in eerste instantie zou verwachten bij een strandpaviljoen. Zo stellen wij jaarlijks een wisselende menukaart samen waarbij onze keukencrew veelal geïnspireerd wordt door Aziatische invloeden.
5 gangen chefs menu
Wij werken op de minder drukke dagen met een concept waarbij onze chef zijn passie voor het vak echt optimaal kan uiten. Aan de hand van een lijst waarvoor je je als gast kan opgeven, organiseren wij onze zogeheten “Chefs Diner Nights”. Op deze avonden worden gasten verrast met een vijfgangen menu op hoog niveau.
