Surprising!

Since 2020, we have drastically changed our kitchen. We have strengthened our team with a young, creative chef who has gained experience at various hospitality establishments in The Hague and has cooked at a high level. Together with a young and innovative team, they strive for one thing: to surprise! We have a menu that differs from the often-served beach meals that one might expect from a beach pavilion at first. Therefore, we put together a changing menu every year, with our kitchen crew often inspired by Asian influences.

Five course chef’s menu

On less busy days, we work with a concept where our chef can truly express his passion for the profession to the fullest. Based on a list for which guests can sign up, we organise our so-called "Chefs Diner Nights". On these evenings, guests are surprised with a five-course menu at a high level.
